The Water Gardens are prizewinners.
A prestigious prize has been awarded to HTA Design LLP, the company responsible for the preservation and restoration of the Water Gardens, which are a significant example of mid-twentieth century design. HTA Design LLP was winner of the 2017 Landscape Institute Heritage and Conservation Award. The judging team described the project as “ground breaking”.
Chorleywood Community Orchard Visit
In early October 2016 we visited Chorleywood Community Orchard as they celebrated Apple Day. There are around 140 apple, plum, damson and cherry trees growing in the orchard.
